Our Classes
Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By registering and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. 1. Admission & Fees A one-time admission fee is mandatory and non-refundable. Monthly or course fees must be paid in advance before classes begin. Fees are valid only for the paid month (e.g., if fees are paid for July, classes can be taken only from July 1 to July 30). Unused sessions cannot be carried forward or adjusted in the next month. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of classes. 2. Class Policies Students must attend classes at the scheduled time. Missed classes will not be compensated unless approved by the academy in advance. Recorded classes or alternative options may be provided at the discretion of the academy. Class schedules may change, and students will be informed in advance. 3. Refund & Cancellation No refund will be provided once the admission and monthly/course fee is paid. In case a student wishes to discontinue, they must inform the academy before the next billing cycle. 4. Conduct & Respect Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect teachers, and not disturb the class environment. Any misbehavior may lead to termination of admission without refund. 5. Academy Rights The academy reserves the right to record classes for quality and training purposes. Content of Recorded, Group & Private sessions provided by the academy are for personal use only. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or publishing these recordings. Any such activity will result in immediate termination and strict legal action. The academy may update policies, fees, or schedules when required. 6. Dispute Resolution Any disputes regarding fees, classes, or commitments will be resolved as per the terms mentioned in this agreement.
