Welcome to GGS Academy.
Before beginning your classes, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By registering for any class or course and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
1. Admission & Fees
• A one-time admission/registration fee is mandatory and non-refundable.
• Monthly or course fees must be paid in advance before classes begin.
• Fees are valid only for the specific paid month or course period.
For example: If fees are paid for July, classes must be attended during July only.
• Unused or missed sessions cannot be carried forward or adjusted in the following month unless approved by the academy.
• Failure to pay fees on time may result in temporary suspension of classes until payment is completed.
• Students must pay the course fee in the currency applicable to their country of residence, as determined by GGS Academy.
• The applicable currency and fee structure are fixed by the academy and may vary based on location.
• Students are required to follow the payment currency displayed on the official website or communicated by the academy.
2. Class Policies
• Students must attend classes at the scheduled time.
• If a student misses a class, it will not be compensated unless the academy approves an alternative arrangement.
• Students who join late will not receive additional time beyond the scheduled class duration.
• In certain situations, the academy may provide recorded lessons or alternative learning options at its discretion.
• Class schedules or batch timings may change when required, and students will be informed in advance.
3. Technical Responsibility (Online Classes)
• Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, suitable device, and required applications for attending online classes.
• The academy will not be responsible for missed sessions due to technical issues from the student’s side.
4. Refund & Cancellation
• No refund will be provided once the admission fee or monthly/course fee has been paid.
• If a student wishes to discontinue classes, they must inform the academy before the next billing cycle.
5. Conduct & Respect
• Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and positive behavior towards teachers and fellow learners.
• Any form of misbehavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of admission without refund.
6. Academy Rights
• GGS Academy reserves the right to record classes for quality assurance, training, and internal review purposes.
• All academy materials including video lessons, recordings, PDFs, notes, or educational content are strictly for personal learning use only.
• Students are not permitted to record, share, distribute, or publish any academy content without written permission.
• The academy reserves the right to change teachers, class timings, schedules, batch structures, or policies when necessary for smooth operations.
7. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes related to fees, schedules, classes, or commitments will be resolved according to the policies mentioned in this agreement.
• Students acknowledge that verbal promises or informal communications outside this document will not be considered valid.
Agreement Confirmation
By proceeding with registration and payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of GGS Academy.
